How to help hamster with badly infected wounds

This young beautiful lady arrived to me over a week ago.
Her previous owner wanted to breed hamsters and that's how it ended - the male attacked this girl, biting her badly.
Owner didn't even notice that the wounds are getting more and more infected and realized it finally when hamster's side of head was super-swollen with puss.
As I know the owner and he wanted to just put her to sleep, I took her from him.
Unfortunately the closest vet that knows something more, than putting animals to sleep, is far, far away from my house and we don't have a car - so I decided to help the hamster with my own hands.

The hamster all the time was in a small sterile cage with only paper towels as base. NO shavings!
After one week with cleaning wounds and applying Rivanol and Dermatol in powder (once a day) we see the result
This beautiful girl will stay with me, in my breeding.
