To me I think that there should've been more interaction with the environment, as in moving clouds in the background or wind blowing through the hair, Similar to how you made the necklace and headband shimmer the way it does. Some subtle chin movement with the mouth would've made it more animated too. As for the other movements they're nice and smooth, makes it look natural and fluent. I don't think I need to be the one to tell you that the shading and the use of color is great and is a highpoint in this good work of art.
